TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations for all reservations
(excluding proms or weddings) must be done only by logging
into your account and selecting to cancel the reservation.
If the cancellation is allowed and within the permitted time
frame, your cancellation will be processed immediately and
you will be notified with the cancellation charges if
applicable. The system will generate a cancellation
confirmation for your records.
We do not take responsibility for
cancellation fees resulting from mistakes such as: weather,
family emergencies, double booking, wrong dates, or other
wrong information.
Only when a reservation is made, then
cancelled within a 30 minute time frame it will not be
charged any fee.
No refunds of any kind on any
cancellation charges (if applicable) with no exceptions.
SEDAN CAR CANCELLATIONS:
For each reservation including
roundtrips, it must be cancelled separately. For instance,
if you have a pick up and return reservation, you must
cancel the pick up separately from the return reservation.
A cancellation fee in full
(100%) charge will be made if it is cancelled within 24
hours of scheduled pickup time. If you cancel within 48
hours of the service there will be a 30% cancellation
charge. In order to cancel without any cancellation charges,
you will need to cancel more than 48 hours from the
reservation time.
LIMOUSINE CANCELLATIONS:
There is a 30% non refundable charge
for any limousine reservation.
Proms and weddings are subject to full
100% charge as they are not able to be cancelled at any time
for any reason.
If you wish to cancel you have up to 2
weeks (14 days) to cancel a reservation for only 70% as the
30% is a non-refundable deposit when the reservation is
made.
PROM PACKAGE / WEDDING PACKAGE:
Packages are all 100% non refundable
from booking time, weather or not the serviced is used.
HOURLY RATES:
Will be billed from the
time the car leaves garage in downtown Boston and will end
when the car arrives back at our garage facility in downtown
Boston.
WAITING TIME (POINT TO POINT):
Waiting time begins 15 minutes after
scheduled pick up time.
Charges for the waiting time apply
according to hourly rates, depending on the vehicle hourly
rate, with half an hour increments.
Reservation must have proper flight
information such as, time, date, flight numbers, and name of
flight airlines otherwise you will be charged in full.
Train schedules cannot be
electronically monitored, therefore the waiting time will
start 15 minutes after reserved pickup time.
SURCHARGES:
There will be a $20.00 fee that will
apply for any service scheduled before 6am or after 12
midnight.
All out of pocket charges such as, 2
way tolls, parking and airport fees will be billed.
Extra stops are charged as $20 each
(point to point)
All base prices exclude 20% service
fee.
There is a $25 fee for Easter Sunday,
Memorial day, Independence day, Labor day. There is a $35
fee for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Years
Eve and New Years day.
NO SHOW:
Driver will wait 30 minutes beyond
scheduled pickup time. After 30 min., if driver hasn’t made
contact with passenger, our office will attempt contact. If
no contact has been made, or passenger can’t meet pickup
time, passenger will be considered a no show and will be
billed full price of the trip including 20% service fee and
waiting time.
RESERVE THE RIGHT:
We Reserve the right to cancel any
service without refund if driver, or operator, feels renter
is putting operator in danger, or is in possession of any
illegal substance without exception.
We cannot be responsible for any items
left in vehicles.
SEAT BELT:
Mass state law requires all passengers
in vehicles shall use a seatbelt. Mass state law also
requires children under 40lbs be in a child seat. Furnishing
the child seat, and buckling the seat is the responsibility
of the parent or guardian accompanying the child.
PAYMENT:
Cash and all major credit cards are
accepted.
